What is the return policy?

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@aticity.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, a prepaid return label.
Send the items back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

When will I get my order?

For in-stock items, delivery takes 2–5 business days in Finland and 7–12 business days internationally. Pre-orders may take longer. You can also check the estimated shipping time on each product page.
